Design

A client requests the production of a specific component, and we initiate a feasibility study. The goal of this phase is to find the best solution, at the right cost and within the agreed upon deadlines, which are often very tight. We do this with care, also using 3D printing technology. The client will have the prototype in their hands within 24-36 hours.

Our metal-pressing department is the operational hub where the work carried out during the previous stages is turned into a reality: using presses with different tonnages, it produces approximately 230,000 pieces a day. The standard of their quality can be attested by our certifications and, above all, the satisfaction of our clients.

MIM – Metal Injection Molding

MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology enables the production of steel components in complex shapes with high dimensional accuracy and excellent mechanical performance. By combining the strengths of injection molding process with powder metallurgy, it represents the right process to make high-quality small parts, ensuring both design flexibility and accurate finishing.

PVD – Physical Vapor Deposition

The PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology allows thin metallic and ceramic coatings to be deposited on different surfaces. This process guarantees excellent wear resistance while delivering a refined and contemporary aesthetic. The integration of MIM and PVD represents an advanced synergy where innovation and quality merge to create exclusive and long-lasting products.

Finishing

Finishings are the final step, and it is the one where the product really begins to come into its own, with various possibilities for personalisation: polishing (for a shiny, matt, or sandblasted effect), galvanic finishing, coating, antiquing, laser engraving, glazing, and applying specific decorations and rhinestones. Sometimes, we also assemble the product. We often take care of the packaging for our clients, and send their creations all around the world.
